    The lobby was totally packed and had a long line around the building for drive thru, but we still got our food in only 15 minutes! Our order was correct and food was hot. All these other bad reviews are from entitled cry babies who have obviously never worked in the food service industry

    We ordered cookies and were charged $0.75 each. Paid for 3 and only received 2. Online it starts cookies are 3 for $1.

    I only ordered a coffee. I waited 10 minutes and never got my coffee but saw 3 orders that were ordered after me get served. After inquiring about my coffee, I was rudely told I needed to wait till my number was on the screen. I asked for a refund. Seems to be a bunch of incompetent workers there who have no idea what there doing...

    Terrible service, everyone seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. I ordered a quarter pounder meal that consisted of cold fries, a burger patty that looked like it had been cut in half and sloppily thrown on a bun, not sure why I was creeped out by two halves of a patty but it just didn't seem right. Worst was the soda fountain, the Diet Coke dispenser filled my cup with something tasted like a mixture of all the different sodas on the machine. Save yourself a disappointing meal and skip this exit.

    I would give it zero stars if possible. Waited over 15 minutes at drive thru before I went in for our food. We we're missing part of our order to begin with. The quarter pounder was cold and the cheese was not melted. I don't think I will ever stop at this location again. Really needs someone to step in and raise the bar.
